Services Plati (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides an admin-controlled, read-only mailbox access service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

2. Information We Collect

  • Mailbox configuration: Email addresses and mailbox titles set by the admin.
  • Synced email data: When an admin connects a third-party provider (e.g., Gmail), we sync email metadata (subject, sender, date) and content (body, attachments) so authorized users can view it.
  • Usage data: Basic access logs and session identifiers needed to operate and secure the service.

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide and maintain the read-only mailbox viewing experience.
  • To look up the requested mailbox by email address and serve its synced contents in read-only mode.
  • To ensure service security, diagnose technical issues, and prevent abuse.

4. Data Storage & Security

Data is hosted on Supabase, which provides standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS). Database access is restricted to authorized service operators.

5. Data Retention

Synced email data is retained until the associated mailbox is deleted by the admin. When a mailbox is removed, its synced data is also removed from our systems.

6. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party providers to deliver the service:

  • Supabase: Database and authentication infrastructure.
  • Google / Microsoft: OAuth and email synchronization services. Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.

7. Your Rights

Because mailbox data is managed by the admin, end users should contact the admin to request deletion or correction. Admins can delete mailboxes and associated synced data at any time from the admin dashboard.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
